Crossfit Rugrats

The purpose of CrossFit Rugrats was not only to get kids moving, being active, and having fun at the same time but to develop a place where everyone was welcome. It doesn’t matter what race you are, what size you are, if you have a disability or not, it was a place for you. CrossFit Rugrats is a family, a community, and a place where everyone fits in where they all have one common goal.
